Striking is the combination of striking materials, such as Walnut in the new Moka finish, with warm and enveloping chocolate tones, and the captivating Silver Roots Marble, whose streaks branch out like ancient roots against a hazelnut base, in a powerful play of contrasts reminiscent of ancient trees. Each marble slab is unique, a piece of natural art. Wood and stone envelop the entire volume of the island, which rests on a stone base and a double metal blade.
The base also allows for the integration of a dishwasher. This is a true innovation in the world of suspended islands, which typically do not accommodate large appliances due to lack of space, creating a significant structural limitation for this type of solution. The constant focus on combining technology and design has enabled the achievement of this result, with the door design becoming a seamless unit with the stone base. The ribbed Moka Walnut door from the Groove program features an evolution in the rhythm of the grooves and suggests a fluid perception of space. A highly innovative feature of the island is the introduction of the Vertical Gola: a new handle-free door opening system that revolutionizes the design and aesthetics of the kitchen. The absence of a handle in a vertical opening system represents a novel solution not only for the Modulnova project, but also introduces a cutting-edge element to the market. In the Vertical system, the door, protruding 5 cm, conceals an LED light source that emphasizes the interplay of solids and voids and enhances the material combinations.
